If Slow Radar Pro isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

Renewals

If you forgot to cancel, ask within 14 days of a renewal charge and we will refund it, provided you haven't meaningfully used Pro features since the renewal. Otherwise, cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use the link on your Paddle invoice, or write to hello@slowradar.com with the email you signed up with. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
