Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we") for the use of Slow Radar. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

Slow Radar monitors sources you choose or approve, uses AI to filter and summarise what it finds, and lets you save, annotate, query and export it. Features and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page and in the app.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16, give a valid email, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; Slow Radar is a personal subscription.

3. AI-generated content

Scores, summaries, key points, translations, company profiles, answers and briefs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. They are not financial, legal, medical or investment advice. Always check the original source before relying on information, and do not make decisions based solely on AI output. Company profiles are compiled from public information and labelled as such.

4. Third-party content

Articles, headlines and logos belong to their publishers. Slow Radar shows short excerpts and summaries with links to the original for your personal research. You may not use Slow Radar to republish third-party content at scale or to circumvent paywalls.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload our systems, scrape other users' data, resell access, or add sources that are illegal or infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your content

You own your notes, tags and settings. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can export or delete them at any time.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before purchase and may include tax depending on your location. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which applies from your next renewal.

8. Free plan and changes

The free plan may change or end. If we discontinue a paid feature you are paying for, we will refund the unused portion.

9. Availability

We aim for the service to be available and accurate but provide it "as is". Sources may change, block access or stop publishing, and we cannot guarantee that every relevant item will be found.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
